THE SWIM: 0.5 mile one loop in a 66 degree lake.
THE BIKE: 17 miles A off-road bike with 2 loops of single track, fire road and over 2000ft of inclines and declines to keep your heart rate up!
THE RUN: 6 mile course with two loops. |
