Have you ever wanted to run a marathon, race a triathlon or complete a week long Bike Tour down the coast but you don't know how to even start to prepare? There is no better time than now to test your mettle while positively impacting the lives of those less fortunate!

You are invited to the Phase IV "Race For A Cause" Expo!
Racing for a cause involves raising money for a charitable organization in exchange for expert coaching, free travel, race entry fees and logistical support while you meet new friends and get in the best shape of your life! In these difficult financial times, reward yourself by defraying the travel and event cost while doing your part to help those less fortunate.
Over the years, Phase IV and Forster Physical Therapy have had the great fortune of working with a number of tremendous charitable organizations in Los Angeles who promote a healthy and active lifestyle as a means to support less fortunate members of our communities. We have brought these groups together for one night so you can evaluate each program and find the event that best suits you. They will each present details of their event, share experiences and inspire you to get involved.
AIDS Marathon, AIDS Lifecycle, Bike for Multiple Sclerosis, Team in Training, the Arthritis Foundation, Team Challenge Crohns & Colitis, and Exceeding Expectations are organizations, who along with their hard working staffs and dedicated participants, make what we do at Phase IV all the more rewarding. Phase IV works to enhance their programs by donating our time, knowledge and expertise in scientific training, injury prevention, and technique optimization.
If you have ever wanted to get involved and help humanity while putting yourself to the test by completing a marathon, triathlon, or cycling event, we invite you to join us for an inspiring evening of wine (or sports drink), hors d'ourves, mingling, and information!
Adding to the festivities, we will have a number of great raffle prizes from our generous partners to give away! So, bring a friend and help raise awareness for these wonderful organizations and causes!
