The 27th running of the Chicago Triathlon takes place at Monroe Harbor on Sunday, August 30th, 2009. It consists of a Sprint Distance - .75K swim, 22K bike and 5K run (Open/Age Group, Mountain Bike) and International Distance - 1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run (Open/Age Group, Clydesdale, Elite Amature, Professional, Open Relay and Corporate Relay).
