race takes place on Pt. Mugu/Naval Base in Ventura County, just north of Malibu. The course is completely flat. This is a USAT-sanctioned race, so a USAT membership card must be brought to registration, or a 1-day license purchased. Registration closes May 31. All competitors and guests (spectators, volunteers) must be on the race list, which is cleared, and will be checked at the entry gate race day.
