| Description |
Cycle World is putting together a 2 Day RIDE Challenge in the San Fernando Valley. Saturday is an URBAN Challenge where all bikes are welcome and Sunday is the FITNESS Challenge where a road bike is recommended.
Entry fee for each event is $25 if you register before October 23, 2010.
What is the Cycle World RIDE Challenge?
The Cycle World RIDE Challenge was created to give a chance for all bike owners and enthusiasts to compete in a fun, exciting and unique event that all skills, ages and fitness levels can participate in. We designed 2 different events so that you can choose which style of event suits you best or maybe BOTH! Our sponsors have donated several amazing products to this event so everyone has a chance to win really cool stuff.
To start out each event we will meet at Cycle World at 7:30am to check in. Teams will be sent out every 3 minutes starting at 8am SHARP! You will be given a location that you must first ride to. Once you are at the 1st check point you will given a challenge to complete. After the completion of the challenge you will be given information about the next check point. Your team must travel to that check point, complete the challenge and move on until you end up back at Cycle World. When you are done with the challenge there will be food/BBQ and drinks waiting for you!
