| Description |
This is a group ride that meets at and leaves from the 'K' sign in the L.A. Zoo parking lot at Griffith Park, from late September through Wildflower in early May.
The focus for this ride varies depending on the time of year. From September through the Holiday season, the ride will be social and focused on building camaraderie within the club while logging easy aerobic miles. The ride will ramp up in January in preparation for racing Wildflower, and will have designated training activities such as hill repeats, aerobic and anaerobic intervals, etc.
This ride leaves bright, early, and ON TIME at 5:30. Roll out of bed, grab a bar, and get on the road early in Griffith Park for a great start to your day.
