This 4 hrs clinic is your key to faster swim times in 2011. It includes 2 x 1hr coached pool sessions, classroom lecture on freestyle technique plus above and underwater filming and analysis of your stroke. Each participant receives a copy of their swim footage.

Your host is Coach Gareth Thomas, who over the years has coached and advised World and National Champion Triathletes, Cyclists and Runners. Gareth is the Head Coach of the UCLA Triathlon team and runs LA's premier sports science testing laboratory. |
