Hey Clubbers,

On Wednesday, April 25th two-time Ironman Champion Kate Major will be headlining another great evening of food, friends, and freebies at the Proud Bird.

Kate Major is a huge talent and a very sweet woman. Still at a very young age, she's already won some of the biggest races in the world: Aussie LC Championships '03, IM Placid '04, IM Arizona '05 and been on the podium at another dozen major races. She's coming to share her recent beginnings, her training secrets, and he perspective on the sport. Please come join us on this week before Wildflower as we all get ready to rumble. Go to

If you're female 26-48 please come for the warmth, the love, and endearing nurturing that this evening will create - you and your partner will leave touched and will be better people for the experience. If you're 17-70, fit and interested in long breathless intervals of athletic performance as well as Australian accents then you too should come.
